General Information
City Indigenous Supplies Trading as Just Fridges abn 61 682 954 445 is a commercial refrigeration supplier. All references to “we”, “our”, or “us” in these terms refer to Just Fridges.
Product Information and Availability
While we make every effort to ensure product details, specifications, and availability are accurate, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Orders and Pricing
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
Cancellation of Order
Just Fridges at its sole discretion may agree, at the request of the Customer, to cancel modify or defer a pre-existing order for the supply of Goods. Should Just Fridges agree to such a change, the Customer agrees to pay Just Fridges for all reasonable costs incurred by Just Fridges in amending or cancelling the order, including but not limited to handling fees and liability exposure to third parties involved in the provision of the Goods and any associated insurances. The Customer acknowledges that a 25% of the purchase price cancellation/variation fee is commercially fair and reasonable.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be received before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by Just Fridges.
Delivery and Shipping
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery charges will be clearly communicated at the time of order. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery.
Warranty and Claims
Products supplied through Just Fridgesare covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty as outlined in the relevant warranty policy. Warranty claims must be submitted through our Customer Support page, along with proof of purchase and product details. Warranty extensions (where available) must be requested before the original coverage expires.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective products or as required by Australian Consumer Law. All returns must be authorised in advance. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice to the Company within seven (7) days after collection or delivery that the Goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition. Acceptance of the Goods must take place immediately following delivery and is established if the Customer signifies by words or conduct that the Goods are conforming or that the Customer retains them in spite of their nonconformity or deals with them in a way inconsistent with Just Fridges’s ownership. The Customer may reject them on good grounds after a reasonable opportunity to inspect them. The rejection must immediately be communicated to Just Fridges in writing, with full particulars of the nonconformity. On acceptance if payment arrangements are in place then they must be honoured. If payment has been made then it will either be refunded by Just Fridges or credited towards payment of replacement Goods for the nonconforming Goods.

All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and technical documents, is the property of Just Fridges (or its licensors) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Fridges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
